Champagne

September 13-17, 2027

Welcome to Champagne, where rolling vineyards meet storybook villages and the air carries the quiet sparkle of history. Here, centuries of craftsmanship have shaped the world’s most celebrated sparkling wines, from the chalky cellars of Reims and Épernay to the grand maisons lining stately boulevards. Wander through medieval cathedrals adorned with stained glass, stroll cobbled lanes framed by timbered houses, and pause in bustling market squares overflowing with ripe cheeses, delicate pastries, and fragrant bouquets of seasonal blooms. Step behind the cellar doors of family-run domaines and legendary houses alike, tasting vintages as riddled bottles slumber in cool limestone caves. In this storied corner of France, we’ll raise a flute of fine Champagne and savor its delicate mousse, its whisper of brioche, its bright cascade of orchard fruit - while laughter and conversation drift like bubbles to the surface. This is Champagne as you’ve never known it before, alive with elegance, history, and joy in every sip.

Day 1: Reims

September 13, Monday

Bienvenue à Reims! Welcome to the heart of the world’s most renowned sparkling wine region. For centuries, Reims has stood at the crossroads of Europe; shaped by trade, politics, and a rich tapestry of cultural influence.

On our first day in this historic city, we’ll settle into our hotel before setting out to explore our home for the week. An intimate walking tour will reveal Reims’ timeless beauty, from its Roman origins to its storied role as the coronation site of French kings. We’ll return to the hotel in the evening to toast our arrival with Champagne and cocktails, followed by a special welcome dinner to begin our journey together.
